Dr. Villa-Olvera is a native of San Antonio. She completed her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern. Upon completion of her residency training at University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio in 1997, she joined Women Partners. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is married to Dr. Rene Olvera, a local child psychiatrist. They have two children. Dr. Villa-Olvera loves to spend time with her family while enjoying travel and outdoor activities. She focuses her practice on gynecology services.
