Payments made in the portal may take up to 10 days to post to your account. When possible, payments should be made via the payment link emailed to you to post immediately to your account.
Request an appointment by calling our office or by using the Appointment Request function on the Patient Portal on this website. The telephone number for both of offices is (210) 946-1300.
Our appointment reminder system will call to remind you of your scheduled time two days in advance, so make sure that we have your correct telephone number. If you must cancel an appointment we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice so we can use that time to accommodate other patients.
Please bring your insurance card and a picture ID. They are copied at every visit so that your account is billed correctly. Parking is free at both of our locations.
New Patients
We welcome new patients to our practice. Please create an account on the Patient Portal at least 4 business days prior to your appointment. If you have pertinent records from a previous doctor, please arrange to have a copy sent to us prior to your visit. You can print and complete the Authorization to Release of Medical Records and send it to your previous physician.
Well Woman Exams
Annual exams are for routine preventive care. These appointments fill quickly so please call to schedule your exam 3-4 months before it is due. We also allow patients to schedule the following year’s exam at check-out.
Problem Visits
Problem-related visits will be scheduled as soon as possible based upon urgency. Please give the appointment makers the vital information concerning your problem.
Maternity Appointments
Initial maternity visits should be scheduled to occur when the patient is 6-8 weeks pregnant. After your initial visit, the prenatal visits occur monthly up to 26 weeks, then bi weekly up to 35 weeks and then weekly until delivery. At check-out you can make 2 visits in advance. If you wish to make more prenatal appointments in advance, please call the appointment line.
No Shows
Appointments not cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in a $75 no show fee. Regardless of reminder messages, it is the patient’s responsibility to know when the appointment is scheduled and cancel as appropriate. The no show fee is charged for all office appointments, procedures, and sonograms. Excessive no shows may result in termination of the physician-patient relationship.
