Payments made in the portal may take up to 10 days to post to your account. When possible, payments should be made via the payment link emailed to you to post immediately to your account.
During your pregnancy there are several things you should avoid for the health of you and your baby.
Foods And Drink:
- Alcohol – all types
- Limited Caffeine – coffee, tea, sodas (no more than 200 mg per day)
- Smoking – including second hand smoke
- Excessive salt or sugar
- Raw or undercooked meat
- Raw shellfish – oysters
- Raw eggs
- Soft cheese – brie, blue cheese, etc.
Environmental:
- Cat feces and litter boxes
- Hot tubs and saunas
- Others who are sick with colds/flu etc.
- Airplane travel after the 34th week
